Refunds

1.1 We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 To request a refund, please contact us at contact@patrampublication.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return the item.

1.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.4 If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Returns

2.1 If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a refund (e.g., exchange for a different product or size), please contact us at contact@patrampublication.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization.

2.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

2.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is approved or rejected.

2.4 If your return is approved, we will process the exchange or issue a store credit, depending on your preference.

Exceptions

3.1 Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable e-books or software)

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Clearance or sale items
